Business Systems Change Manager, Jakarta
For our client, a renowned insurance company, Swisslinx is seeking a talented Business Systems Change Manager to join a team of specialists to be based in Jakarta.
You will be responsible for:
- Liaise with various departments across various functions as required and build a good rapport.
- Manage business relationships
- Gather and document project requirements.
- Understand the business workflows and processes.
- Understand the data workflows.
- Manage the Business' expectations.
- Liaise with the IT Development Team to ensure the Business' requirements are met.
- Ensure the IT Development Team has all the information required to complete the Development Phase.
- Utilizing the various toolkits of recognized project management methodology to effectively manage the project.
- Communicate status of projects to management and stakeholders.
- Any other duties as assigned
To excel in this role, you should come with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology and minimum 5 years of experience in all aspects of business analysis, requirements gathering and definition plus solution design with the Insurance or Financial Services industry. You must be experienced in all facets of SQL from data extraction through to reporting and possess good understanding of the SDLC. You should have the ability to quickly grasp complex business and system processes. You should have leadership skills and excellent communication skills in English.
