Microsoft Dynamics Senior AX Functional Consultant



Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the sales team to carry out business analysis on customers' requirements and propose appropriate solutions to meet their needs

2. Drive the development of the solutions and conduct presentations of the solutions to customers

3. Ensure the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX solutions including design, configuration, testing, training and integration

4. Manage customer's expectations and deliverables using project management and Microsoft implementation methodologies

5. Serve as the contact point between customers and Company to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve any issue or problem encountered after the implementation

Requirements:

1. Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related discipline with strong Microsoft Dynamics AX Solutions

2. Must have at least 5 years of functional software experience and completed 3 full cycle of project implementation

3. Possess good understanding of business processes and strong analytical and problem solving skills

4. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to handle technical or business questions from customers confidently

5. Must be customer focused and result oriented as well as a team player
