1. Male/Female max 30 years old
2. Bachelor degree from Computer Science / Information Technology / Web Design / other related background
3. Having minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in the same field
4. Good knowledge with Codeigniter (CI), PHP, Jquery & Java Script, Mysql, XHTML, CSS, Zend Framework
5. Good knowledge in Web Programming, Photoshop
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Bahasa
7. Having a self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as being an effective collaborator and team player
8. Able to work well under pressure and deadlines
